Mrs. Lathem

In my school experience there has been so many teachers that have influenced me in many different ways, but Mrs. Hannah Lathem has to be beyond the best teacher I've ever had. Mrs. Lathem has a condition that sometimes keeps her from doing things she loves. But beyond all of it she still takes the time to talk to us about what we are going through. The problems and rumors that are going on about us and what she thinks about the people spreading them. She knows how to bring your mind into what she is teaching and is a wonderful mother to her two kids Sam and Maddie. She is beyond the greatest teacher I know not only because she has been a wonderful "teacher", but also because she mothers us and is not afraid to speak her mind. I had some girls point out that I was gaining weight this year and she told me not to worry about it that girls like them are only jealous of what I have. That I was beautiful and she hugged me to let me know she was sincere.

So Mrs. Lathem, I thank you for being the best teacher and friend to me the many years that I've had you. I encourage you to keep being a wonderful mom to you two beautiful children and never give up on them.

Love ya,

Jessica
